Zendesk is looking for an experienced and driven Manager to lead our Outbound Research Representative (ORR) team that is dedicated to our global Sales Play programs.
This is pivotal in overseeing and optimising our outbound research strategies for Sales Plays and leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of junior research representatives to achieve exceptional prospect data acquisition and enrichment results.

What you get to do in this role:
Lead a team of 3 research reps responsible for creating and enriching target prospect lists of potential influencers and decision-makers to support our revenue-driving sales play programs.Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and goals for the team, and monitor progress against targets.Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to maximise individual and team success.Collaborate with cross-functional sales play teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align outbound research strategies with overall sales play goals.Continuously assess and improve sales play research processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and prospect quality.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Stay updated on research techniques and technological innovations to drive continuous process improvement within the team.Monitor and analyse research data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.You have:BS/BA degree in business, market research, analytics or related degree.Proven people management skills in a B2B environment, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets and driving results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Business-level English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using CRM software, research methodologies and market analysis techniques.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.#LI-WO1The intelligent heart of customer experienceZendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
