Be responsible for the product roadmap informed by go-to-market strategy, partner and customer insight, industry dynamics, and the technology landscape, in partnership with product, marketing, and business leadership.
Lead regular share-outs to leadership and key internal customers to ensure we are maximizing the product’s value back to the customer and the business.
Partner with Marketing, Tech, and Dev teams to ensure a comprehensive customer view and seamless handoffs between systems.
Improve functional capabilities of existing tech stacks, enable datasets for integrated marketing channel activation, and build infrastructure that automates and scales.
Be the go to voice for your product area and a vocal evangelist for Marketing initiatives across Zillow as you partner across the organization to deliver a cohesive experience.
Help to enable cross-funnel orchestration, personalization, reactive content, next best action and other industry standard methodologies.
Ensure data, tracking, and reporting/measurement requirements are considered to improve business impact and return on investment.
Collaborate with product marketing, channels, and senior management to ensure effective communication and messaging of product improvements to drive adoption and engagement.
The Marketing Technology and Operations team is working to enable marketing, sales, and product teams with technology, data, and optimized digital experiences, so they can deliver on Zillow’s mission and “give people the power to unlock life’s next chapter”. Our vision is to make behind-the-scenes complexity look simple and bring efficient solutions to marketers’ fingertips while prioritizing a coordinated customer experience, scalable operational infrastructure, and significant business impact.
7+ years of end-to-end product management experience at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. Ideally experience with frontline/B2B marketing tactics.
Demonstrated technical proficiency and knowledge of various marketing and sales technology, and ideally with a focus on B2B tools/technologies.
A highly analytical person who uses data to resolve product strategy, roadmap and trade-offs in product development.
Experience driving transparency from ambiguity in highly matrixed organizations and fast-paced environments.
Flexible collaborator and adaptable teammate who can adjust your own priorities for the good of the broader team.
Effective communicator with the ability to inspire internal and external partners and a strong ability to influence without direct authority.
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: any programming language, channel/marketing strategy, data analysis, and/or specific hands-on-keyboard experience with any marketing automation platform.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $123,200.00 – $196,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
