About the role
As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you will partner with the business to
proactively identify, engage and assess passive tech talent (with a focus on Product Management and Engineering). We promise to work hard, roll up our sleeves, dig in and get work done — are you ready to join us?
You Will Get To:

Identify, engage, plan, and analyze relationships, set priorities and expectations with internal and external partners

Build sourcing strategies that lead to balanced and representative pools of top Product Management and Engineering talent, effectively moving them through the hiring process in a timely manner

Research the competitive landscape and capture insightful recruiting data to drive improvements across all our tech sourcing pipelines

Effectively aligning a candidate’s motivations with Zillow’s value proposition, role details, and expectations

Passionately push for results, think and act quickly, operate long-term and in the best interest of company goals

Ensure a fantastic candidate experience for all

Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates – elevating those around you by teaching what you know
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $105,500.00 – $168,500.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.
Who you are

Knowledge of Product Management and Software Engineering talent profiles

Excellent command of data and analytics and shown success in data driven organizations; proficient in using data to guide decisions and change

Excellent communication both written and oral

Ability to partner with a wide variety of clients, including senior level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates within the engineering organization

Understand the process of attracting and retaining the brightest minds from all backgrounds, while cultivating the power of a diverse organization

Ability to balance the role of strategic sourcing advisor with urgency while simultaneously managing delivering results in a growing and very fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of technical sourcing and/or technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization
