An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Ecommerce Operations Assistant (US) to join our Ecommerce team in our New York Head Office.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
-Responsible for order fulfillment at the US 3PLs to ensure that they are meeting their SLAs daily for order, return and retail replenishment processing.
-Partner with supply chain and B&P to manage the receipt of inventory within the 3PL to minimize unallocated orders and improve accurate stock availability.
-Monitor open orders, stock discrepancies, and transfer process to ensure stock integrity.
-Conduct fraud checks and monitor case management on a daily basis.
-Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to prevent current or future exposure for Zimmermann Digital.
-Support stocktakes and recalls by partnering with Ecommerce and Stock Control team to investigate issues and provide stores with necessary training.
-Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks including but not limited to organizing client accommodations, liaising with Retail and B&P partners for store events or gifting initiatives.
-Accurately manage the processing of all returns within 5-8 working days of being received.
-Investigate and resolve any damages within the return window.
-Participating in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.
-Complying with instructions given for your own health and safety and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.
-Co-operating with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
-Taking reasonable care to ensure your own health and safety and that of others
-Reporting any injury, hazard or illness immediately, where practical to Human Resources or a supervisor.
-Not placing others at risk by any act or omission.
Not willfully or recklessly interfering with safety equipment.
