Responsibilities:
Assist Recruiters through hiring process to include requisition creations, offer and ready for hire stages.
Liaison between multiple HR functions and departments across the organization to assist with hiring
Organize and maintain Recruiting standard operating procedures
Support the Recruiting Team with HRIS/ATS related questions
Partner closely with recruiting leadership to streamline processes, identify and resolve operational roadblocks, and promote best practices for using our ATS and tracking the most accurate recruiting data
Act as a jack of all Talent Acquisition Operations trades: Schedule high volume interviews, manage post-offer processes including adjudication of the background investigation
Uphold (data) integrity: Help audit, analyze, and improve performance of our processes and tools
Be an ambassador: Enable the business to scale by advising on Talent Acquisition policies and process
Raise the bar: Participate in both team- and organization-wide initiatives and assist with various Talent Acquisition projects

Requirements
Ability to self-direct work and comfort dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Demonstrated ability to lead with authenticity and support to candidates
2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition (HR Recruiting) function
Minimum 1 year of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
