Essential Functions
The Director of Human Resources develops, communicates, and implements policies/procedures and programs which insure recruitment, development, and retention of the highest qualified employees, provides competitive wages & benefits and provides fair and consistent treatment for all employees of the Rouse Home Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, the Suites at Rouse Personal Care Home, Bridges of Rouse Adult Day Services, Rouse Care at Home, and the Rouse Children’s Center in accordance with the goals & objectives of the organization. Provides supervision and oversight of HR department.
The Director of Human Resources maintains best practices for implementation, rollout and communication in the following areas:
Education
B.S. Degree required in the Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
Prefer (6) years of related experience; knowledge and experience in design and implementation of Human Resource programs. SHRM-CP preferred.
Qualifications
Must possess excellent administrative, communication and supervisory skills. Must maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information to insure all rights are protected. Must be capable of developing and presenting programs for approval to The Board of Directors. Job requires frequent travel to all areas within the Estate.
