Piper Companies is currently seeking a Medical Call Center Quality Audit Specialist for an opportunity that is REMOTE but MUST be able to work Eastern Standard Time zone. The Quality Audit Specialist plays a vital role in preserving excellent service. The team is growing which brings unlimited growth potential to this role.

Responsibilities of the Quality Audit Specialist:

• Preform all aspects of call monitoring and assessment of call center associates
• Conduct key-word audits on call documented calls and facilitate any corrections
• Ensure all data accuracy of individual audits
• Participate in team call exercises, listening sessions with other call center associates and managers
• Adhere to all privacy and confidential company policies and procedures

Qualifications of the Quality Audit Specialist:

• Associates degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 3 or more years of auditing experience within a health care or hospital environment
• Experience with call center software is required, experience with NICE inContract is preferred
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance improvement procedures, processes, and concepts.

Compensation for the Quality Audit Specialist:

• 
  Salary Range: Up to $52,000-$60,000 Based upon experience
•
