With extensive attention to detail required and technical understanding of the significance in construction inspections, we strive immensely to maintain high standards in serving our clients.
With enormous opportunities and extremely positive outlook of the industry, our team has a tremendous vision to grow in the five boroughs and beyond and seeking a team member for the office/assistant management position with flexible and wide range of capacities from conveying strong interpersonal relationships with Clients to managing bookkeeping through Quickbooks, office management, expanding into potential advertisement/marketing and more opportunities to come.
This all-encompassing, full-time position is readily available to an intellectually and emotionally empathetic, proactive, organized, creative, confident, persuasive, thought-provoking individual, who values integrity in their work and achievements. Attributes that we require are Quickbooks proficiency, 2+ years of executive support/assistant or office management or relevant experience.
We will be more than willing to train and educate in the field of special inspections to be able to work and grow together in a rewarding, fast-paced and energetic environment for a brilliant team member with our shared ambition.
