Summary
The HRBP is a key member of the organization driving HR initiatives in support of business objectives. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Provides guidance to leadership and employees on company policy, practices, and state/federal employment laws. Responsible for conducting internal workplace investigations and advising on employee performance issues. Proactively partners within HR and with other functions to accomplish business processes. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions to improve employee morale and retention. In this role, you will partner with the business to deliver outstanding HR service and enhance the employee experience. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business acumen and awareness of internal and external environmental factors impacting the organization.
