The World Oil Workers Compensation Claim Manager will be the primary Workers Compensation claims contact for the corporation between the field operations and the third-party administrator(s).
The primary function of the WCCM will be to coordinate and oversee all workers compensation claim activity, to be the ‘subject matter’ expert for issues such as compensability and return-to-work, and to provide overall guidance to both the TPA(s) and the World Oil field operations.
As the senior workers compensation claims resource for the organization, the WCCM will participate in training and presentations relative to the workers’ compensation function of the company.

This position requires workers’ compensation claims management experience including prior supervisory or management experience. Must have the ability to direct and manage others in the reporting, investigation, evaluation, documentation, and disposition of World Oil workers compensation claims. Must have skill set for preparing and making presentations.
