Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience: Two years of training experience or closely related training experience.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Requires strong attention to detail and organization, creativity, writing proficiency, visual graphics design ability. Ability to handle multiple training projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner. Ability to be a self-starter with a proactive approach in resolving problems and issues. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitation skills, and has a familiarity with “classroom” management skills. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and is open and receptive to their needs. Possesses skills in basic statistics, and proficiency in word processing and applicable desktop computer applications. Knowledge in understanding training policies, practices, and activities and adult learning styles. Must secure DDI and DDI Talented Selection certifications within 6 months of hire.
