EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Four (4) years of clerical experience, three (3) years of which shall have been in account record keeping work.Such experience must have demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices; office practices and procedures; the ability to maintain fiscal accounts and records; interpret fiscal records and data; etc.
Substitution: An Associate degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of clerical experience and up to one year of account record keeping experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university will substitute for all of the required experience.
