The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the HR function, aligning HR strategies and serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for OrthoConnecticut. The person in this position will provide workforce solutions for complex or critical issues and HR implications of changing OrthoConnecticut needs. Serves as a liaison to the senior management for compensation analysis, benefits, recruitment, and employee engagement.

This position works in the office full-time. Remote work is not available for this role. This role will work out of the Danbury office 3 days per week and Norwalk 2 days per week.
