Responsibilities include:

– Assist service technicians, wholesale customer and over the counter customers accurately select and quote parts needed for repairs.

– Keep paperwork in a neat or organized fashion.

– Become proficient on the DMS

– Follow the Parts Sales procedures documented and help us improve them.

– Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.

– Solicit accounts by phone.
