The Jenkins Auto Group in Homosassa/Crystal River area is looking for an Accounting Clerk to manage dealer trades and wholesale accounts.

Summary
Classifies, stores, retrieves, and updates generated information by performing the following duties.
Duties

• Assists Accounting department including:
• Verify material to be filed and sorts and codes according to file system.
• Reconcile billing and code to the proper accounts.
• Ensure all necessary back-up verification is attached.
• File for co-op reimbursements as required. Track reimbursement payment and reconcile regularly as needed.
• Store material in paper form, or enters information into computerized storage system.
• Maintain computer database.
• Retrieve materials for qualified personnel upon request.
• Search for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, completes reports, and keeps files current.
• Keep track of borrowed materials and ensures they are returned.
• Dispose of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
• Scan materials or copies records, and examines materials for legibility.
• Type labels or reports.
• Implement changes to the filing system when directed to do so.
• Operate various office equipment, machines, and computer programs.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned’
