The HRIS Manager partners with HR Business Partners and their clients to analyze system process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Manager builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows, annual process configurations, dashboard preparation and process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Manager also supports cloud based SuccessFactors and ADP upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This position ensures accurate best practice business process workflows and other system dependencies are in place within SuccessFactors to support the administrators of talent acquisition, compensation programs, annual performance reviews, benefits administration and open enrollment, payroll and reporting efforts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years SuccessFactors experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent SuccessFactors consulting.
Experience working with 2 or more SuccessFactors HCM modules (Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, Compensation, Workforce Analytics and/or Performance Management).
Minimum 2 years of people management, development and coaching experience.
