• Responsible for maintaining and updating all onboarding for hourly employees and manager new hires in our ATS system,
• Monitor maintenance of I9s, including E-Verify status, reverifications, and SSNs,
• Maintain and track child labor adherence, including notifications, and detailed labor reports,
• Work with Laserfiche scanning program to track and approve documents for HR and Payroll Departments,
• Responsible for research, review and preparing all required Multiple Worksite Reports by location,
• Prepare and update all department expenses and invoicing using Chrome River software,
• Maintain poster compliance for all locations working with our poster vendor,
• Assist in tracking all manager performance reviews annually,
• Assist with maintenance of our Benefit Compliance System to ensure all tasks are completed timely,
• Assist with sending employee notifications including the maintenance of all email addresses within our system,
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
