Responsibilities:
- Respond to digital leads promptly and professionally.
- Generate appointments by utilizing the CRM for ongoing follow up.
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
- Assist guests with vehicle selection based on wants and needs.
- Educate guests on vehicle models, specifications, features, and benefits.
- Explain warranties, services, and other finance products.
- Guide guests through financing and payment options.
- Learn and stay up to date with available products, features, specifications, and other updates.
- Create positive and lasting relationships with guests.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Act professionally and maintain high ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year automotive sales experience or equivalent, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially via email and phone.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe driving record.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Toyota experience a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
