DISYS Hiring For Sr Software Engineer (Quadient) at Westlake, TX Full Time

Location: Remote/TX/NC
Contract will run thru December of next year and is likely to extend or convert if they want. 

MANAGER NOTES:

Project:  Team is building a Customer Communications platform that is migrating from legacy platform to Quadient (a platform hosted on AWS). Core tech stack is Quadient/AWS, JavaScript, devops tools like git/stash.

IDEAL Candidate:

• Anyone with Quadient Tool Suite experience along with the integration considerations of this tool and has worked on a project installing it. Would be an ideal candidate. 
• Quadient platform has it’s own proprietary framework so MUST have someone with this experience.
• They will also leverage JavaScript or shell scripting to perform some integrations. AWS knowledge is nice to have. If they’ve used the Composition or Statement Processing components in the tool, that’s an huge plus.

Target 6+ years experience.

You will be involved in building or enhancing existing capabilities that help millions of CLIENT’s customers receive their statements, trade confirms, account opening confirmations, account change confirmations, tax forms while delivering industry best experiences.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Experience working in AWS cloud environment
• Proven knowledge of Quadient softwares (Quadient Inspire Designer, Quadient Inspire Interactive, Quadient ICM, Quadient Scalar, Quadient Inspire Scripting)
• Performs design and development of applications on complex projects applying both packaged software applications (Quadient Inspire) and custom-built applications
• Set up primary workflows to support Document Template design using Inspire Interactive
• Define document blocks, Compose Document Templates using Inspire Interactive
• Define Scalar workflows for automatic processing of input data files
• Expose Inspire Designer template workflows and/or Inspire Interactive Document Templates as REST services, to enable clients trigger these communications in real time
• Use your experience and knowledge to influence better software design, promote accurate software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability and security
• Mine and manipulate data to build test data and test cases for multiple or sophisticated projects
• Implement Systems Integration Test Plan, including the comparison of actual results to expected results
• Document and report on identified system testing issues in standard defect tracking tool
• Define system regression tests for future projects and for ongoing regression efforts; transition system regression test cases to the QA regression team
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment
• Financial services experience, preferred
