We are assisting our automotive client with the search for an HR Business Partner. This is a direct hire role.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for
· Developing and implementing associate engagement strategies to ensure a climate of positive employee relations.
· Creating and administering various recognition programs to encourage employee involvement and satisfaction
· Advising business leaders toward the appropriate investigation and resolution of issues, in a group or one-on-on setting.
If you are up to the challenge, we are looking for the following skills:
· Four year degree in Human Resources or a related field. HR Certification (PHR/SPHR or the SHRM equivalent) is preferred.
· A minimum of at least 4-7 years’ previous HR experience in a manufacturing facility, with demonstrated career progression. Experience in a Greenfield start-up or prior automotive experience is highly preferred.
· Prior experience in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies is a plus.
