My client is the premier provider of managed services, technology solutions, and business transformation to the investment management industry and are looking to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition. NYC or Boston area, hybrid in office role.
Position Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Recruiting and Talent Management
· Works with internal teams and line managers to identify, interview and hire needed talent on a global level
· Conducts full cycle recruiting for all positions which includes sourcing, pre-screening, extending offers, negotiating, closing, and completing offer packages
· Pre-screens qualified candidates through lawful, efficient, timely, valid recruiting process and by using both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques
Leadership of TA Team and Function
· Strategically drives team and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
· Builds and maintains effective communications and relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
· Builds and manages strategic partnerships with external organizations – campus recruiting, diversity organizations, etc.
· Manages compliance auditing routines to ensure OFCCP, ADA/EEO guidelines are enforced and abided, ensuring staffing requirements are met in accordance with legal guidelines
· Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
· Oversees external vendor process including annual contract renewals and budget
Broader HR/Talent Responsibilities
· Leads or participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives across the broader HR department (onboarding, employee engagement, etc.)
· Manages career pages and external strategy of company brand
· Works as part of the HR team on system enhancements and introduction of new tools; partners with marketing on company brand
Position Requirements:
· Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HR Information Systems
· Minimum 6 years’ experience with full life-cycle talent acquisition experience hiring technical and management-level employees
· Minimum 2 years people leadership experience
· Proficient in sourcing techniques including cold calling and social media (i.e. LinkedIn) recruiting
· Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
· Extensive knowledge of legal requirements for recruiting and hiring
· Well-rounded knowledge of current and key HR practices including recruitment, staffing and compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $190,000.00 per year
