ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Multi-tasking mindset with ability to move from one project to another with ease
Audit I-9 forms and client documents for accuracy and timely delivery to meet SLAs
Ability to work under pressure and within an ever changing and developing professional environment
Must be a strategic thinker with ability to adjust priorities to fit account/branch needs
Organize and lead credit, billing and collections efforts to ensure account and branch profitability
All other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
2-3 years of prior experience in a heavily administrative customer service role and 1-2 years of prior experience in a financial role (AP, AR, Payroll) or Human Resources role with knowledge of essential account functions strongly preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications a must, experience working with exterior HRIS applications such as Beeline, Field Glass, Zero Chaos and the like strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel with expert level organizational skills essential
Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational and customer service issues for quick and efficient resolutions essential
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and effectively multitask assignments or duties
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
Experience creating, developing and maintaining company procedural guides very helpful
Ability to operate multi line phone
