Position Summary: The RHC Sales and Marking Generalist position handles daily sales operations and works in collaboration with Business Development on various departmental tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Daily order processing (Entry, confirmation, and automation)
– Ensures all prices are accurate and up to date
– Provide updates on remaining contract and sales history
– Support customer requests for documentation, samples, and all possible information requirements.
– Calls on prospective customers as instructed
– Steward of 2.3.1 New Product Development and Realization Policy
– Manage social media efforts (Instagram, TikTok etc.)
– Support RHC brand product launches
– Work with team members to analyze and apply marketing with competitor information and trends in the market.
– Collaborate with designers and artists to develop various projects
– Develop digital and/or physical brochures to support communication
– Develop digital and/or physical sales materials
– Coordinate timing of brand product review
– Develop promotion plans ( Coordinate with influencers, group, customers)
– Manage RHC website
– Coordinate special events such as trade shows or community activities
Qualifications – Experience/Training/Education/Etc.
Education:
Required:
High School or equivalent.
Desired:
– Associate degree in Sales or Marketing
Qualifications:
– Must have extensive knowledge in software/apps
– Able to work under pressure and face paced
– Communicate effectively with customers and external parties
– Must have good organizational skills.
