Job description
Summary/Objective
The Human Resources Manager performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. This position is often involved in the execution of company organization and planning – the ideal candidate is a proven leader who can work independently or hand in hand other leaders. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The Director must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, business needs and employment law.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional early morning, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
