Greets, answers questions, gives directions to visitors, patients and physicians; escorts patients to their outpatient treatment cites. Answers telephone inquiries related to patients; performs related services and clerical tasks as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Years of Experience: 6 months’ customer service experience.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Ability to read and write common vocabulary, good communication and people/customer services skills. Also, the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
