Cobblestone Auto Spa is a leading Car Wash, Oil Change and Convenience Store operator with over 35 locations in Phoenix and over 15 locations in the Denver, CO area. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a Financial Analyst with 2-5 years experience to join our team located at our Corporate Office in North Scottsdale.

We are looking for highly motivated professional to support the financial analysis and planning (FP&A) function. The Financial Analyst will be conducting quantitative analyses of data and information affecting budgets, forecasting, and expenses.

Professional Qualifications

• Strong analytical and corporate finance skill set.
• Experience in investment banking, financial consulting, M&A advisory, and/or the FP&A division of a large organization.
• Experience performing financial analysis and financial modeling, ideally for multi-unit operations with high velocity of M&A and/or de novo expansion activity.
• Knowledge of capital structure with experience working with multiple levels of the capital structure and a leveraged balance sheet.

Essential Functions

• Conduct and develop financial analysis acquired from various departments
• Report current or expected financial performance and create financial models to guide decision making
• Develop technical expertise in analytical tools and techniques and serve as a resource to others
• Translate and communicate analysis and data into actionable information for business leaders
• Assists in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial presentations/statements
• Provides analysis and the necessary guidance to individuals and corporate organizations

Position Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Background as an investment banking analyst, financial consultant, or financial analyst within a multi-unit operation
• 2+ years total accounting or finance experience
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and financial reporting
• Experience analyzing and supporting operations driven by a very active expansion and/or M&A strategy that is dependent upon quantitative analysis for decision-making
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where speed to market is a strategic advantage
• Enjoys working with business partners in field leadership positions who may not have advanced levels of financial sophistication.

Pay: $53,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
