ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
Conduct interviews via telephone, video and in-person, as appropriate.
Manage candidate information and flow in our Applicant Tracking System (Ultipro)
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
Provide overall administrative support to the recruiting department.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year relevant work experience in a high volume recruiting capacity.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both independently and collectively.
Exceptional organization, time management, and customer service skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success.
Ability to achieve results through formal channels and the informal network.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience in a high volume capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration, communications or other relevant program preferred. In lieu of degree, will consider at least four years of applicable experience.
