Position is responsible for managing leased and owned space program totaling 1,045,000 SF and 225 active lease agreements with an annual
budget of $12.6 million and service agreements billing budget of $2.9 million. The planner will manage all lease transactions in the
Archibus leasing module, monthly and annual reporting and plans, analyzes, estimates and completes conceptual and detailed work products to
support the strategic efforts for facilities projects, ensuring efficiency within the designated budget. Consults and communicates with WUSM
departments regarding planning and project advancement. The position is responsible for supporting AVC, providing critical campus updates to
executive leadership and campus partners, and assisting executive leadership with strategic plans, KPIs, and annual budget plans.

- Responsible for Real Estate management functions to include all leases, MOU’s, condominium agreements, data management, reporting,
billing liaison, annual planning, management of Archibus lease module and outcomes reporting and assist with lease planning, negotiations
and related activities with our campus and district partners. Acts as liaison for University Faculty Practice Plan to manage 120 off-site
clinical lease agreements. - Responsible for billing and reporting for all leases and proactively managing new leases, terminations,
and lease renewals in coordination with business operations. Responsible for updating Service Level Agreements annually to ensure they are
current and appropriate. Audits SLAs to improve process and performance with senior OFMD leaders. - Provides service level planning
and outcomes reporting across divisions to ensure delivery of service, billing, and revenue collection between partners/departments. Remains
consistent and aligned with WUSM Senior Administration directives and plans. This includes plans to maximize space and productivity to meet
WUSM Research, Teaching and Clinical needs. - Participates in supporting complex scheduling planning projects, monitors work in
progress and completes all documentation of these efforts utilizing assigned technology, tools, process and templates related to real estate
agreements, MOU’s and related activities. - Performs capital planning management with finance to support senior leadership.
Performs strategic plan development for each OFMD service area on an annual basis and rolling five-year strategic plan. - Provides
assistance with program reviews and performance improvement projects, plans and program development for all service areas. Supports special
projects including new business development, business plan development, accreditation process, benchmarking, etc. - Liaises with the
university legal real estate team to ensure the processes are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner. - Estimates project cost,
evaluates proposed modifications and changes as planning evolves offering recommendations and solutions for efficiency and favorability in
expenditures. - Develops, documents and continuously improves real estate portfolio program, standards, guidelines and procedures as
part of the overall due diligence process. - Performs other duties as assigned.
