Job Summary:
The Assistant Service Advisor is responsible for providing support to our service manager and advisors as we strive to provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner.
- Assist in closing warranty and internal repair orders in a timely manner.
- Assist advisors in following up with customers to provide status updates on their vehicle.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Job Requirements You must have customer-focused, positive attitude, and an attention to detail. You must also have a strong work ethic, work well as part of a team and take pride in the work you do. Specific qualifications for the Service Support Administrator position include:
- High standard of ethics
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills
- Can work in a fast-pace environment and are organized and can manage your time
- Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
