Job Description
The Manager, Talent Transformation develops and delivers strategic initiatives and programming to build a learning culture, critical capabilities, and competencies in alignment with organizational strategy, with a focus on the areas of talent management, career development, performance management, learning, and leadership development. The Manager, Talent Transformation helps to create and enables the achievement of the People & Culture (P&C) plan and vision.
