We are looking for a full time HR/Accounts Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions and assist our accounts manager with AR and AP.
HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. You should also have good accounting knowledge to enable you to assist our accounts manager in the collection of AR and the maintaining for the company AP, alongside the use of Quickbooks Online.
We are a compact operation and are looking for someone that would be able to manage our HR as well as be flexible to assist with our accounting. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times, whilst assisting with other departments.
