Job Summary:

Seeking to hire a maintenance/restoration person to perform the following; clean up small areas that were not completely restored after the primary construction is complete, add soil to fill in low areas, seed and mulch areas where restoration work is done, dig up damaged and repair the damaged ducts, replace or reset damaged or missing flower pots, pedestals, marker signs or other facilities as instructed. This individual will be required to drive a company pickup truck, operate hand tools, power tools and operate a mini-excavator and vac-trailer as needed. This individual will use a company provided laptop or tablet to receive work tickets and report hours worked. Ample opportunity for advancement. Fast growing company.

What You Need For This Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English
• Must be able to work alone without on-site supervision to get assigned work completed quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work long hours as required occasionally.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable for use of company vehicles.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to interact with homeowners and other property owners in a way that shows them respect and builds confidence
• Proficient in operating a Windows based computer & within Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
