We looking for a sales minded independent contract recruiter to help selling roles to candidates. This commission role will pay better than others you will find. Potential to be hired on as a Part or Full Time employee after 3 months.
Job Duties:
- Contacting Potential Candidates using our proven Client Management Database – Does Include Cold Calling
- Selling candidates on the role and company they have been identified to be a match
- Creating a Summary of Candidate / Phone Screen to be submitted along with resume
Requirements:
· 1+ years’ experience an independent recruiting experience – must include phone screening
· Proven success in sales or recruitment working remote
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Everyone is working remote. Do not plan on going back to an office. We are happy and safe working from home.
