Our HR Business Partner team is responsible for driving strategies to meet changing business and talent needs while collaborating with leaders to balance outcomes with employee advocacy. We ensure the ROI of the work has a high impact while partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver our team’s initiatives — driving business results and an exceptional employee experience.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be a trusted advisor, interfacing with managers while leading programs across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Connecting with leaders on a regular basis; embedding themselves in the business.
- Facilitating the entire performance feedback lifecycle inclusive of calibration and compensation planning.
- Driving talent management practices including talent review, succession planning, etc.
- Debriefing and driving action planning for annual employee engagement survey results·
- Run business initiatives, programs and transformation efforts specific to the business.
- Hiring and retention of key employees which may include interviewing, assisting in internal benchmark data for offer creation and retention strategies.
- Support employee separation process including exit interviews; providing feedback to the business to identify common themes.
- Lead change management efforts in support of the people aspect of business initiatives and people programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in support of presenting and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives.
- Coaching senior leaders and their teams on interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Consult and support reorganizations and restructuring.
- Partner and consult on all types of employee relations including investigations.
- Effectively communicate and partner with all functions of the People team to design and execute solutions.
- Educate and provide guidance on company policies and in the areas of FMLA/LOD, ADA, FLSA, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5+ years of experience providing HR services.
- Travel up to 25% or once a quarter
- The willingness to roll up your sleeves, lean-in, and do what it takes to drive results.
- Ability to see where the business is headed and partner to develop programs proactively.
- Strong project management skills – able to translate vision into action.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of thinking “outside the box” to solve complicated and multi-faceted problems.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – able to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them internally and externally.
- Effective change leader and role model.
