In your first year, you start with pay up to $80,000+ per year based on skills and experience with commissions and bonuses. In year two, you can make over $100,000 with commissions and bonuses! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you are the driving force behind our company’s growth! You step out into the community to meet face-to-face and build relationships with personal injury attorneys, car insurance agencies, urgent care clinics, MDs, and others. Through lunch meetings and networking events, you gain referrals for our chiropractors and help bring more business to the practice. You organize niche marketing seminars as well as attend local trade shows to educate the public about our office and encourage new patients to make appointments.
While you spend most of your time out in the community, you do occasionally get behind a desk to perform various administrative duties. You flex your customer service skills as you answer phone calls, write thank-you notes, and follow up with patients after an appointment. On a weekly basis, you attend strategy meetings to improve your tactics and learn new ones. You are excited to exceed your outside sales goals and to help our company grow!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
For the most part, this outside sales position works Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. However, a couple times a month, you host marketing seminars that run until 6:00 PM. You also will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions by working trade shows 1-2 weekends/month. When working weekend hours, your weekday hours will be adjusted accordingly so as to ensure a healthy work-life balance : )
