Full Job Description
The Human Resource Coordinator will have a focus on payroll. Performing all aspects of the payroll functions including reporting, maintenance, and processing. Review timesheets, personnel changes, prepare payroll and enter data into the software system. Hiring of new employees including mandatory requirements like background checks, drug screens, licensure checks etc., orientation and training of employees, benefits signup, maintaining employee personnel and other related confidential files, updating and maintaining HRIS and Kronos timekeeping systems, policy and procedure administration. Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws. Work cooperatively with all members of the team; initiate and maintain excellent working relations. Provide high-quality, responsive and courteous customer service by responding promptly to e-mails, phone calls and in-person inquiries.
