The position involves teaching 12 credit hours per semester through a combination of
asynchronous and synchronous course delivery. In addition to teaching, faculty are expected to participate in curriculum development,
assessment, academic advising, scholarship/professional development, and service at the departmental, college, and university level, as well
as within the profession and the community. All tenure-track faculty are expected to demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence, an
on-going program of creative research, publication, and/or other professional practices/activities designed to enrich student learning and
provide service to the community and profession

A Master’s degree from an accredited college in Graphic Design or closely related area is
required.A terminal degree (MFA and/or PhD) is preferred and is required for consideration of tenure.

Strong communication and collaborative skills, a proven record of professional practice/teaching and/or creative
research in the area of web design. We are seeking applicants with enthusiasm for teaching, intellectual vigor, strong human relations and
communication abilities, and a demonstrated record of teaching and graphic design experience.
