• The right candidate will have a positive attitude and will want to work hard.
• We will train successful candidates to build, maintain, upgrade and service wireless sites for wireless service providers
• Must be able to work long hours with little or no notice – day and night shifts
• Demonstrate ability to take direction from leads and supervisors
• Able to respond to all requests for information from leads, supervisors, and management team
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks by leads or supervisors to perform telecom construction activities, such as installing antennas, running coax cables, positioning antennas, etc.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Must enjoy working within a team framework
• Able to work independently without direct supervision
• Can effectively prioritize tasks in order of importance
• Demonstrates a strong focus and ability to complete assigned work within reasonable time limits
• Must be able to climb to 400 feet and work at elevated heights once trained and certified
• May be required to lift and carry 75 pounds
• Job requires the ability to bend, sit, squat, crawl, walk, climb ladders, push and pull, kneel, handle objects with manual dexterity, reach about shoulder level, use fine finger movements repeatedly and for extended periods during a normal, long workday

Work Environment

• Can be required to work in remote areas which can be several hours from medical facilities, on mountain tops, platforms, rooftops or on floors of multi-level buildings with no elevator access
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc.
• Job requires regular driving of motorized equipment including, but not limited to, passenger cars, pickup trucks, man lifts, fork lifts, 4-wheel drive, off-road vehicles
• Clean, insurable driving record and pre-employment drug screen are required
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel for up to three weeks with little notice, if any

Requirements

• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, perform simple communication verbally, and analyze data
• Must have the ability to work with situational awareness
• A keen sense of direction is essential to this position
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and maintain a clean, insurable driving record.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work at elevated heights with the appropriate PPE.
• Experience in construction or a technical field is a plus.
