KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, HR Technology to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.
Responsibilities:
Regularly engage with counselees and their colleagues to assist them with continuous improvements; work to increase counselees’ engagement, job satisfaction, and pride; be a role model for doing the right things and treating people the right way
Responsible for championing alignment and adherence to the applicable strategies, related commitments and the budgeting and management of potential associated risk; contributor to innovation that has impact, creates a high financial and client value in addition to efficiencies within the HR function
Perform as the single point of contact for any queries, requests or issues that arise and use advanced technical expertise to execute work product, tactical and strategic planning; recommend and monitor KPIs for HR in alignment with strategic and tactical HR roadmaps; interact regularly with management within the One Americas region & International HR entities
Influence client expectations and provide appropriate alternatives, suggestions and recommendations for improvements; ensuring goals and objectives are met; work closely with the HR leadership and technology teams to manage work queue and prioritize strategic business process and technology changes; manage process review board for all changes that come through the intake process
Partner with Regional/International HR leadership to build and support the presentation and approval of the business case(s) for the implementation of technology changes; prepare and manage Engagement Letters for member firms, as needed; support regional HR technology initiatives
Act as the single point of contact for regional strategy and new application/software centric requests; build strong relationships with functional (HR) and technology member firm leadership; act as conduit/liaison between potential stakeholders (Member Firm HR Lead, Member Firm Technology Lead and relevant Digital Nexus partners)
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years recent and strong experience as a people management leader; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Ability to manage change and effectively communicate to teams; advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and align to strategic business objectives.
Knowledge in strategic solution and delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Must be able to participate in development of resource plans, structures and influence organizational priorities
