Candidate Experience
o Connect with candidates – especially all FTE’s across all accounts for US once offer is made
o Keep them warm till onboarding – clarify candidate queries, give them immigration updated if needed
o Track every candidate’s status and progress in onboarding , document all conversation for reference for the team
o Give them an orientation on the remote onboarding steps prior to the day of joining
o Ensure minimal dropouts by active candidate engagement
Recruitment Support
o Track from client selection to offer release
o Track delays and collaborate with delivery and SCM
o Escalate issues that are potential roadblocks to onboard a candidate to the respective teams and bring focus to resolve the issue.
o Usher recruiter & delivery on any delays seen in internal processes to onboard a candidate and focus on the Onboarding time to be reduced
o Present challenges and status updates on candidate’s status to the delivery in weekly meetings for various accounts
o Generate timely reports to stakeholders: on the current offer status of all candidates across all accounts
o Help recruitment team on internal HR policy clarifications, help new recruiters to learn onboarding processes
o Proactively alert the delivery & recruitment team when there is a risk of losing a candidate
o Immigration support
§ Follow on timely initiations for H1 transfers
§ Track every H1 transfer movement and clear roadblocks till filing
§ Giving status updates on the filing to delivery, recruiters, and candidates
§ Escalate any reasons that cause delays to file transfers
§ Act a mediator between the recruitment team and the Immigration team to clarify on H1 or GC related matters
o BGV support
§ Ownership to initiate BGV
§ Follow up on interim reports for some accounts
§ Bringing attention to any potential BGV red flags and find resolutions with the team and the candidate
