DATE: 2021PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo act as a catalyst to enable all Slim Chickens team members to contribute at optimum levels toward the success of the company.ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Slim Chickens systems principles and objectives: Is familiar with Slim Chickens’ established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies, Safety); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position’s role in support of these systems.
Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives: This position description is intended to guide the activities of the role and is not intended to limit the thinking and creativity of the person to the work of this function nor is it intended that this describe all the work that may be required of the person in this position.
Physical Activities: Enters and locates information on a computer. Visually verifies information, often in small print. Presents information to small or large groups.
Travel: Travels to and from multiple restaurant markets or work-sites possibly requiring overnight stays.
Requirements and Competencies:
Technical Experience: Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite
Industry Experience: 5+ years in HR Management
Minimum Education: Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Communications
