DTC Workforce Programs is seeking to interview candidates for an Operations Manager position in Norman,Oklahoma.
This position requires regular travel to a variety of locations throughout Oklahoma. Responsible for overseeing multiple site locations and staff.
This position coordinates with local distribution companies to fill/staff their logistics job openings. Responsible for the customer service process, receiving/processing applications, and assigning qualified employees to clients.

Pay: $50,000-55,000/year

Responsibilities
· Will be responsible for coordinating the onsite temporary staffing, training, and will work alongside the workforce
· Customer interaction and communication – make sure needs are met
· Communicate with DTC Workforce employees
· Handle employment, payroll, and other day-to-day issues
· New employee group interviews/tours
· Ensure employees are trained on time clock management
· Check employees in/out
· Communicate to home office for support as needed
· Manages employee database, performance monitoring, and time clock maintenance
· Provide management reports
· Handles injuries, incidents, and councils employees
· Must be flexible with schedule…Weekends and OT, as needed
We are looking for candidates that possess the following skills:
· Excellent People Skills
· Type 50 PM
· Bilingual a plus
· Strong computer experience with databases, EXCEL, WORD, Internet, Email, and other Microsoft programs.
· Ability to create spreadsheets and Word documents.
· Proven ability in providing services in a business to business environment.
· Customer Service (Outside of call centers)
· Ability to multi-task
· Previous experience in a small or branch office environment
· Very Fast paced
· Friendly and Outgoing
· Articulate in verbal communication.
· Strong written communication.
