Salary: $17.33 – $27.51 Hourly

To Qualify
Minimum Qualifications. Applicants must:
Possess a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Possess and continue to maintain a valid Driver License.
Have considerable progressive experience in janitorial or related custodial work.
Have considerable knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment, and procedures.
Be able to instruct and train employees in cleaning and related activities.
Be able to maintain physical strength and agility sufficient to perform routine manual cleaning tasks.
Be able to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.
Be detail oriented.
Be able to work the required shifts which could include nights and weekends.
Be able to plan and organize routine work details which may include coordinating tasks performed by other semi-skilled staff, as assigned.
Acknowledge this position is designated as Emergency Critical (EC) and if hired into the position, an applicant must be immediately available to the department before, during, and after a declared emergency and/or disaster.
