Essential Functions:
Administer New Hire employees into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ensuring proper completion of required paperwork, and timely & accurate processing
Collaborate in the posting of job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Procure and post content for social media employment branding
Assist with the planning of and attend Career Events
Manage employee records retention and archive
Assist in Verifications of Employment
Assist in E-Verify compliance program
Perform routine system audits in our HRIS system to ensure data continuity
Takes ownership of assigned processes and proposes innovations and continuous improvement
Collaborate in creating/generating HR training content using multiple software
Performs other duties in support of the HR team as directed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven track record of learning a software system and performing multi-layered administrative tasks within the system with accuracy
Deductive reasoning and discretion in handling sensitive information and deciding on employment or continued employment eligibility
Strong computer skills: comfortable using numerous programs such as the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), with the ability to learn and be proficient in other systems and software (Adobe Acrobat, Pest Pac, HRIS, Applicant Pro, Intranet, etc.)
Organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Individuals must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of management and positions
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and maintain accountability to those served by the position
Position requires building trusting relationships with all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate with individuals throughout the Company to promote Arrow’s Vision
This position must maintain confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or related Human Resources experience preferred

Works with computers every day including frequent phone calls
Environmental Factors:
Work mostly indoors.
Occasional infrequent travel may be required for training or company-sponsored events
