About us
Cheil Worldwide is the 13th-largest creative agency in the world. Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, we were founded by Samsung in 1973 to grow its local and global business. While Samsung is still one of our main clients, our roster has evolved to include other globally recognized brands such as Adidas, PayPal, ESPN, Lego, Coca-Cola, Nivea, Starbucks and many more.
Cheil Dallas serves as the lead agency for all Samsung projects in North America and is located steps from their office at Legacy Central in Plano, Texas. It’s the home base for more than 130 creative problem-solvers who share a passion for developing groundbreaking ideas rooted in data, driven by insights, and enabled by innovative technology.
And that brings us to you… or rather you to us. Pushing boundaries and traditional marketing requires a curious mind undeterred by the never-been-done. We need a thinker and doer to help us create thoughtful, strategy-driven, passion-fueled digital experiences. If you’re a technology enthusiast and generalist with the chops to bring an interactive vision to life for users, read on!
About you
Who you are is just as important as (if not more important than!) what you can do.
You’re naturally curious, excited by technology, and have a deep understanding of how a design comes to life in code.
You’re an observant, multifaceted thinker who is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and pushing the needle forward for what’s possible in the digital space.
Forward momentum is important to you, and you think that building a proof of concept without having all details provided up front is an exciting opportunity to begin iterating on a product.
About the role
Like you, this job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
Work with the creative and data teams to bring their vision and requirements into a fully functional reality
Help scope new business opportunities, as needed
Build web apps (and more!) that are highly performant
Deploy product updates and releases to code pipelines, which you maintain
Work with APIs, cloud services, pre-processors, and existing libraries to create clean, usable frontend experiences
Document code, work on an agile team, and adhere to version control systems and workflows
Contribute to the growth of our technical vertical to expand on agency opportunities
Stay on top of the latest trends in the industry and suggest ways to keep our department and our agency competitive and progressive
About the requirements
You’ve got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.

1-4 years working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and relevant libraries and other technology
A love for learning new things, able to consume well-documented libraries and quickly apply the learnings to a project
