SUMMARY:
The Employee Relations candidate will be proficient in conducting investigations, analyzing and interpreting laws, rules, policies, and procedures, data and situations, solving problems, evaluating investigations, writing reports, and making recommendations.

Experience in Human Resources in Employee Relations, Grievance administration and dispute resolution.
