OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the HR Coordinator/ Recruitment Associate is to ensure adequate staffing levels and proper training is administered. The successful identification and on boarding of new hires and to ensure that all new hire training is performed and that policies and procedures are applied site-wide to ensure consistent expectations for work behavior.
JOB DUTIES:
HUMAN RESOURCES/RECRUITMENT/ONBOARDING/TRAINING
GENERAL OFFICES MANAGEMENT AND ADMINSTRATION
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Only individuals with a proven HR / Training work history will be considered.
· BA or BS in the sciences or HR Related field of study is preferred.
· HR qualified or Certified preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
