Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
Develops and recommends policies, programs and procedures to align the workforce with Company objectives.
Regularly reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of Company policies, procedures and practices.
Communicate changes in Company policies and procedures and ensure implementation.
Lead company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting
requirements, i.e., Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Department of Labor, worker compensation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), etcetera.
Direct the preparation of information requested or required for legal compliance; serves as primary contact with the company employment law attorney and outside government agencies.
Supervise annual employee performance reviews.
Develop company wage and salary structure consistent with industry trends to recruit and retain quality staff.
Assist executive management in the review, preparation and administration of the wage and salary program.
Establish and drive standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures.
Review, guides, and approves recommendations for employment terminations.
Coordinate or conducts exit interviews to determine or communicate reasons behind separations.
Conduct investigations of employee complaints or concerns.
Work with managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
Oversee and processes company payroll, including bonuses and raises.
Leads company development of benefit program and orientation.
Protect the interests of the company in accordance with company human resource policies and governmental
laws and regulations.
Drive Company cultural development and quality objectives.

Bachelor degree required and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience relevant experience required.
