GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer day to day inquiries
Prepare, input and maintain various employee records
Perform new hire orientations
Administrative and clerical support
Practice good judgment, discretion, confidentiality
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to the Human Resources Department
Maintain an organized filing system for regional/system records
Update and maintain HR systems
Collect data and prepare department reports as required
Perform other duties as required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
2+ years human resource experience or human resource course work required
PHR certification strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
Able to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, interruptions
High attention to detail, accuracy, initiative and follow-through
