GenCare Lifestyle Scriber Gardens a Premier Senior Living Independent / Assisted Living / Memory Care Community in Lynnwood is seeking a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is directly responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Director with responding to telephone and walk-in inquiries, setting and conducting scheduled marketing sales appointments/tours, and closing sales for all residential living, including Independent, Memory Care, Assisted Living. Ultimate performance measures for this position will be based on meeting occupancy and census goals established in the annual budget.
JOB FUNCTION:
Daily
· Participate in the daily sales activity to assure that monthly sales and marketing activity goals are met. This will include making telephone calls to the lead base, setting appointments, conducting tours, making presentations (marketing appointments), and following up on leads to facilitate move-ins.
· Enter data entry into the lead base management system.
· Conduct meetings with potential clients in a private, quiet and professional setting.
· In meeting with potential clients, establish a relationship and obtain information relative to their needs before demonstrating how the community can meet needs.
· Provide post-sale assistance to facilitate timely move-ins.
Maintain
· Info Packets, Move-in Binders
· Perform administrative tasks as assigned by Marketing Director and ED.
· Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
Move-in’s
· Print and Place Door Signs
· Print Welcome placard, Display when resident arrives.
· Assist Movers/Residents during Move-in
· Elevator Usage, confirm “Elevator in use” signs posted and signs on each floor
· Ambassadors … Coordinate Ambassador Selection and engagement with the Vitality Director prior to arrival. Fill out Ambassador Sheet including photo of new resident. Give to Vitality Director
· Maintain relationship with residents through personal meetings or group functions, new resident orientation, and resident council meetings.
· Communicate with Marketing Director for timely readiness of apartments and service needs as directed.
New Resident’s
· Send out – New Resident Family Letter
· New Resident Orientation – Third Thursday.
· SAVE The Date Notices
· Invitation’s
· Reminder email to all Directors
· Reserve PDR or Other
Special Event’s
· Assist as directed.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and data entry.
· Experience in SHERPA.
· Experience in senior housing or hospitality environment.
· Strong organizational skills.
· The ability to multitask.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
Proven ability to make independent decisions, follows instructions, and accepts constructive criticism.
